Dr Jay Miller
Dr Jay Miller has spent 6 years studying and achieved a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Masters of Chiropractic (which includes a Radiography license)finishing in 2006. This he achieved while studying at Macquarie University (Sydney), Australia.
Dr Jay has spent many years playing Water Polo at an elite level, playing for Brisbane Barracudas National League side and representing Australian Countries Water Polo. He understands what it takes to keep all the systems of the body functioning efficiently for peak performance on and off the field.
Dr Jay’s aim is to identify and correct the current problem, however chronic it may be and teach the individual to manage their injury while it heals and determine a specific plan to prevent future occurrence.
Dr Jay looks after many top elite sportspeople from various fields striving to reach their peak performance through functional range of motion and flexibility. He also cares for babies through to people in their nineties helping to provide mobility and some pain relief in particular circumstances.
Dr Jay uses a wide variety of manual techniques to adjust the spine in adults. However in children and the elderly a softer approach exists. His main techniques include diversified, gonstead, CBP (chiropractic biophysics), ART, Impulse gun, activator, SOT and soft tissue releases.
